What are your exchange and refund conditions?
LUTZ HUELLE guarantees that all products offered online are free of defects.
Only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the completed "Request for Return", will be accepted.

How do I track the shipment of my package?
Our teams do everything necessary to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible.
We send you an e-mail as soon as your package is shipped with a link allowing you to track its progress.
I have chosen a pickup in the Showroom, when can I pick up my order?
The preparation of your package is done on the same day as your order except on weekends and public holidays. During busy periods preparation can be postponed to the next day.
The order is ready to be picked up in the shop only when you are notified by e-mail.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order.
The same return times do not apply to items on sale or outlet.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
We advise you to return your order to us by "guaranteed" shipment (counter-signature delivery and tracked parcel)
For all orders except sales and promotions, the return shipping costs are free of charge.
A prepaid return label can be requested to our commercial department by mail.
Please note that for items on sale or on special offer the return costs are at your expense.

How long will it take for a refund or exchange?
The time limit for an exchange or refund request is between 2 and 10 working days from the date of receipt of your return.
For any refund request we will refund you the amount of the item returned to the same bank account used for the purchase.
Please note that the transaction may take several days to be effective and available on your account.
For an exchange request and subject to stock availability, your package will be returned to the same address and under the same conditions as the original order.
